Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken pieces in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator for deeper flavor.
