  4. Combining Ingredients: Mix the strawberry puree with lemon juice and the dissolved gelatin. Allow this mixture to cool slightly, then gently fold it into the whipped cream to maintain airiness. Finally, fold in the reserved chopped strawberries for extra flavor bursts.
  5. Chilling the Mousse: Transfer the combined mixture into serving glasses or bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until the mousse is set but still soft and jiggly.
