Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Veggies: Wash and chop all vegetables into uniform bite-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking for 3 to 5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
